Kozunak
This Bulgarian sweet bread is traditionally prepared for Easter. The batter is studded with fresh raisins and almonds and sprinkled with raw sugar on top. Enjoy it fresh or toasted with butter!
INGREDIENTS: unbleached flour, eggs, milk, butter, sugar, yeast, and raisins
